The project scope included replacement of evaporative cooling and condensing unit. Equipment installed included a 50 ton condensing unit and 2 evaporative coils. Piping modifications were also done to accommodate the new equipment.
Heating and cooling coils were screwed together, making in necessary to pull both out of the unit. The condensing unit was removed first, then the coils remove and new coils installed before setting new condensing unit.
