MSU Romney Hall Renovation

Renovation of a historic building.  The original use was as a gym and workout facility along with classrooms. The renovated facility houses classrooms, lecture halls, and club/meeting spaces.

The building is listed on the National Historic Register.  The building originally opened in 1922. The project maintains/preserves the exterior complete, and adds additional floor and curtain wall stair tower.

Apollo’s full mechanical scope included installation of a ventilation air unit, heat pumps, steam to water heat exchanger, geothermal loops for eat pumps, VRF fan coils, radiant floor heat and associated duct and pipe systems.
