The first floor incorporates a full restaurant, bar, commercial kitchen, laundry facility, workout room, pool, meeting rooms and two ball rooms. There’s an outside patio with fireplace, radiant heaters, and additional seating. The upper 3 floors are guestrooms and suites.
Apollo designed, procured, and installed the 1st floor VRF system, VTAC guest room conditioning, full mechanical, plumbing, piping, and controls throughout the building.
