Construction of a new four story 99,758 GSF teaching laboratory building on the Eastern Washington University Cheney campus with two pedestrian walkway connections to the existing building. Buildings house laboratories and support spaces for the Biology, Chemistry, Geology and Physics departments.

Apollo’s HVAC scope included installation of  3 AHU’s, 10 fan coils, 2 split systems, 2 exhaust fans, 6 unit heaters, 122 chilled beams, 90 terminal units, and 110 air valves and associated duct work.
