Columbia Pulp

This was a Green Field Project to construct a manufacturing facility utilizing a new innovative and proprietary process for creating pulp with wheat farmer bi-products that would otherwise go to waste.

Although design was the most critical component in providing the proof of concept necessary to satisfy investors and secure funding for future builds, it was still in in its infancy when Apollo began mechanical installation in the field. This required a massive communication effort with the Client and General Contractor to swiftly address and help correct field clashes, scope creep, and concept/design failures all while striving to minimizing project costs and schedule impacts. Apollo’s scope included fabrication and installation of process piping.
