RESIDENTIAL RETROFIT COMFORT ADVISOR COMPENSATION PLAN BASED ON TOP LINE SALES REVENUE.
- 2024 Salary:
- The 2024 Annual compensation is: $40,000 Annually.
- Full time employees are eligible for enrollment into our healthcare options.
- Includes a 401k.
- 2024 Annual Sales Objective:
- The 2024 Annual Sales Objective is $1,600,000.00, approximately 145 jobs.
- The 2024 Monthly Sales Objective:
- 12 jobs per month or 3 jobs per week.
- Sales Commissions: Sales Commissions will be paid in accordance with the following schedule. Commissions are paid when the sale is paid in full AND after the monthly income statement is received.
- With the base salary above; 6%
- Any accessories added to the package qualify for the sales revenue percentage in that package range. Each package has a set base cookbook price predetermined.
- Discounts are only allowable based on sales manager protocol and approval.
- Commissions will be earned for sales only when the job has been surveyed prior to the sale. The customer’s signature is required on all sales.
- With the base salary above; 6%
- Commission will be paid when:
- The job is complete, billed 100%, and closed.
- Receiving payment in full, from the customer.
- After receiving the monthly income statement for validation (the month following).
- Car Allowance:
- A company vehicle with a gas card will be made available to the salesperson daily.
- The company will provide a cell phone, iPad, and Laptop and pay for the data plan, all data belongs to the company.
- Lead Generation:
- 25% of all leads are expected to come from the salesperson.
- BNI Groups
- Service opportunities.
- Word of mouth
- Door hangers
- Etc.
