Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinating and scheduling jobs with Customers
- Coordinating and daily support of Technicians and their teams.
- Equipment Orders, coordinating orders, and tracking deliveries.
- Project Engineer tasks
- Support Project Manager requests.
- Submittals
- Project Close out
- Assist with Billings
- Weekly Timecard Processing
- Project Setup
- Manual and Online Site Specific Data entry
- Document Control
- General Project Coordination
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships among team members.
- Additional tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast paced environment.
- Proficient with learning and applying technical concepts.
- Focus on customer service and satisfaction.
- Computer skills: Microsoft Office Suite experience & Bluebeam.
- Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and responsibilities.
- Communication skills
- Previous Administrative experience in an office setting
