Administration Clerk – New Albany, Ohio

Entry Level Administrative Clerk position. Individual will be responsible for assisting key personnel in the job site /office. The prospective employee may have to report to the job site office trailer.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter and track daily timekeeping records.
  • Manage the employee call-in line.
  • Monitor and control office supply inventory for site trailer.
  • File and organize documents.
  • Operate standard office equipment, printers, laminators, etc.
  • Assist with project event planning, as needed.
  • Submit reports or files to the client with accuracy.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic Microsoft Office such as Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Exceptional organization skills
  • Detail oriented.
  • Basic understanding of accounting
  • Able to work independently and within a team setting.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Self-motivated
  • 2-5 years’ experience required.
