Project began working nights while school was in session during the day.  Any work completed at night was finished each evening so that classrooms could be back in service the following morning.  The project was under construction during the COVID-19 pandemic, and extra safety, and cleaning measures were required.

The project scope included renovation of an existing school, and a new addition.  Equipment installed included Roof Top Units, VAVs, Exhaust Fans, Split System Units, Cabinet Unit Heaters, HVAC and Piping upgrades.  The mechanical room was completely rebuilt and updated with new Boilers, Pumps, Air Separators, Glycol Feeder and Expansion Tank.
