This unique facility features cross-laminated timber (CLT) construction, and is the largest structure in the United States utilizing advanced lumber products including CLT, and Glulam beams, posts and flooring. To showcase the beauty of this building’s construction, all air distribution systems were installed in raised access areas under the floors. There is no visible duct in this facility. In addition to the main building, Apollo’s scope also included a five-story parking garage.
