Administrative Assistant

 Duties and Responsibilities

  • Answer emails and direct phone calls to the appropriate people
  • Revise & assist with billings.
  • Assist with weekly timecards.
  • Set-up projects/review service tickets
  • Data entry
  • Order office supplies/jobsite materials
  • Basic IT requests
  • Business card orders
  • Assist in event planning.
  • Fleet management
  • Apply monthly bills accordingly.
  • Manage building services/coordination with landlord.
  • Coordination with office vendors (janitorial, uniform, copier services, etc.)
  • Execute/sort incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Assist in new hire onboarding.
  • Coordinate catering when applicable
  • Additional tasks as needed.

Requirements 

  • Microsoft Office Suite 
  • Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and responsibilities. 
  • Communication skills 
  • Previous Administrative experience in an office setting 
  • Ability to operate common office equipment.
